This is an update to my previous five-star review. Our apartment manager, Ashley, hosted a fabulous summer cookout last ... weekend in the club house and the outdoor patio. The food was great and the club house and patio were very comfortable, inviting and spotless. New, comfortable outdoor furniture on the patio overlooks the lake. There are fire pits as well. A lovely fountain was recently installed in the lake which lends to a peaceful, relaxing setting. As I stated in my prior review, I would highly recommend Deer Lakes Apartments. The food was great, the club house and patio were comfortable, spotless and inviting. The furniture on the patio is very nice, comfortable and clean. There are fire pits as well.. I’ve been living there for 4 years and I love this place. The interior and exterior design of the apartment buildings are ... modern compared to others on the market. The view is nice too, from my window, I had a view of the lake, which always puts me in a good mood. There is ample parking, convenient transportation, and the neighborhood is very safe.
